Christian Kpakpo Abbosey

Christian Kpakpo Abbosey aka Chris Nii is currently the Managing Director for CBC Properties Limited, a Real Estates Brokerage and Development Company in Accra, Ghana.

CBC is a company that specializes in many aspects including; planning, marketing both developed and undeveloped land for commercial and residential use. 

 Mr. Abbosey has extensive knowledge on Land Acquisition and Land Development. A native of Accra, he understands the complications of litigation in Land Acquisition and Property Sales. His passion and drive for the Real Estates business encouraged him to join the industry in 2014 which contributed to different streamline activities.

Through this he developed diverse techniques to help change the frameworks for proper regulations in the Real Estates sector in Ghana. He holds a Bsc. in Marine Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Regional Maritime University. Chris is a founding member of the Ghana Association of Real Estate Brokers (GAR). 

 

Pius 1Pius Kweku Petison

Pius Kweku Petison is a real estate professional with 18 years of experience.

He is currently the Project Manager for King City, a sister city of Appolonia City, both of which are developed by Rendeavour, Africa’s largest new city developer. Pius manages a land size of over 2,000 acres and oversees the delivery of infrastructure. He previously worked for nine years as General Manager for PS Global Ltd, a land and real estate developer with a land portfolio of approximately 1,000 acres. 

Before that, he was employed as Assistant Valuer at the Land Valuation Division (Cape Coast) after completing his National Service and working at Public and Vested Land Management Division (Sekondi) between 2002 and 2004. Pius graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, with an MSc Real Estate Management & Development, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, with BSc. (Hons) Land Economy. He is a Professional Member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors and a member of the America Real Estate Society (ARES).

Emmanuel Mate-Kole

8D2A7476 EditEmmanuel Mate-Kole is a legal professional with about 10 years of experience. He is currently the Managing Partner of M & O Law Consult and Head of the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure and Transport practice. Over the course of his career, he has assisted a multi-national company to acquire 6000 acres of land at Gomoa-Fetteh in the Central Region of Ghana, advised and negotiated the acquisition of a 257-acre land at Sanzule in the Western Region for purposes of developing a plant for processing and exporting gas, warehousing facilities, work camp and other infrastructural development as well as obtaining the relevant authorizations in that regard. He has acted as Ghanaian legal counsel in the acquisition of 27.82 acres of land at Essiama in the Western Region for purposes of developing a gas-fired power station, advised on laws regulating the construction industry; assisted in the drafting of a bill to regulate condominiums in Ghana and assisted in the acquisition of land for a major beverage manufacturing company.

Before starting his own law firm, Emmanuel worked at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah as a Senior Associate. He has co-authored several publications including an article on complying with the building laws of Ghana published on citifmonline (2015); co-authored a Ghana Chapter on Aircraft Finance, published by Sweet & Maxwell,authored an article on how to avoid tax liability arising from property sale published in the Business & Financial Times and citifmonline (2017) and many others.
