The prices of the houses range between GHS 513,300 to over GHS 1M. Even though these houses are considered under affordable housing in Ghana, you might also find some of the houses under the mortgage houses in Ghana category, meaning you can secure a mortgage to help pay for your home over the years.
Affordable housing in Ghana is becoming a reality thanks to these numerous projects being undertaken by government and private contractors nationwide. The dream of every Ghanaian to be able to own their own house during their lifetime is becoming much more possible.
