United Kingdom-based real estate developer, DP Group Limited has introduced its signature combination of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary designs, tailored to satisfy the lifestyle and dreams of home buyers, on the Ghanaian market.
At an exclusive launch at Villa Monticello Hotel in Accra, the company exhibited its latest project, the Kingfisher Court. This consists of four and five bedroom houses in an exclusive community, with swimming pools, green landscapes, an on-site water supply, a gated courtyard and 24/7 security.
In his presentation, Mr Darren Dzirasa-Payne, Operations Director of DP Group Limited, said the Kingfisher Court comprised of two unique designs, Woodpecker and Greenfinch, situated at Adjiringanor in Accra. The luxurious, four bedroom, semi-detached house covers 240 square meters of land. It comprises a master bedroom with a bathroom, three bedrooms with showers, fitted kitchen with utility area, dining and living room, children’s living area and a walk-in closet.
The Operations Director also described the Woodpecker Build as a “stunning, well-designed, five bedroom detached house, which comprised a custom fully-fitted kitchen with utility area, a master bedroom with bathroom, three bedrooms with showers, dining and living room, children’s living area and a maid’s room.”
