This week, Jumia House Ghana has unveiled the second edition of its real estate magazine, Property Now. The official magazine provides insightful market updates for property-seekers and investors, as well agents and developers working in the industry.

The quarterly magazine, first released in July, is packed full of expert insights into the country’s real estate industry. The first edition offered readers exclusive interviews with a number of key players in the sector, including Beaufort Properties chief executive officer Ernest Hanson and Peach Properties boss Kofi Asmah, among others.

The second edition provides readers with interesting data from Jumia House Ghana’s first quarterly market report, which focuses on the average rent and sales prices of properties in various neighbourhoods in Accra.

The 32-page magazine highlights top property developments, provides analysis of key trends affecting the real estate sector, and offers exclusive interviews with property developers Devtraco and Prabon Greenfields.

What’s more, it’s free! The magazine can be viewed in full online here and is also available in print.

To order a print copy or advertise in an upcoming edition, send an email to contact@lamudi.com.gh or call 0544 510 009.
