Ghana’s number one online marketplace for real estate, meqasa.com, is launching a digital channel that will serve as a dedicated portal for serious real estate topics and issues. The objective of creating this channel is to educate the public or all interested parties on pertinent real estate topics and consequently, entrench meqasa’s position as an industry authority.

Meqasa was founded by three young Ghanaians as a solution to real estate problems in the country. It serves as a platform that brings together Ghana’s top real estate developers and agencies who list their properties on the meqasa website making it very easy for seekers to find property anywhere in the country.

Six years into our existence, we have chalked several successes including the acquisition of Jumia House in 2017, making us Ghana’s number one real estate portal. Early in 2018, we launched two mobile apps to support our online business.

Meqasa’s innovative approach in finding ways to offer excellent real estate service has led them to partner with the Ghana Association of Real Estate Brokers (GAR) to launch Ghana’s first and only Multiple Listing Service – a one-stop shop for access to information for real estate brokers and agents that make it easy for them to transact business, share information and also share properties with other agents.

The launch of Meqasa TV is yet another step in our effort to ensure that the real estate industry thrives.
The online video channel is projected to begin airing in November and promises to showcase informative, exciting and instructive programs that will satisfy the deep gap in information relating to real estate.

The Meqasa digital channel will be detailing topics such as investing in real estate, real estate trends, land ownership, investment options, property comparisons, home improvement among others.

This is a groundbreaking initiative that we believe will enlighten the general public and create more real estate awareness.
