Top Tips to Beautifying your Garden this Christmas
- 18 December, 2020
A beautiful garden is one of the most welcoming things every home can boast of and if you do not have one,…
For about a year now, Under Milkhood has been providing residential facilities to property seekers in the Eastern and Volta Regions of Ghana. Under Milkhood gives customers the choice of selecting their own properties, all the way from the planning to design stages.
Jumia House Ghana interviewed Daniel Philip Narh, Sales Manager of Under Milkhood, who discussed the uniqueness of these properties and revealed why they are the best on the market.
Jumia House Ghana (LG): Where are your properties located?
Under Milkhood Ltd (UM): Our properties can be located at the Shai Hills near the Resource Reserve.
LG: How are they priced?
UM: The prices are determined by the kind of property you are seeking to construct. Since we want to create uniformity, we have different plans for you to choose from.
LG: How long does it take to construct a property?
UM: Depending on the cooperation of the client, we can build the property fast. We have different packages for people to choose from. If you have the funds, we can build the property within a year.
LG: Why did you choose the Shai Hills?
UM: The Shai Hills overlook Accra. It is a very quiet neighbourhood with a nice climate and it is just 30 minutes’ drive from the capital.
LG: What are the challenges you are facing as a new developer?
UM: One major challenge facing us as developers is spreading the word. People do not know much about us, so we are spending money to market our properties.
LG: What makes your homes unique?
UM: Under Milkhood is making a few adjustments. We are contributing to reversing the effects of climate change, allowing our clients to save money and even increasing our chances of selling our homes.
Currently, many people are really concerned about climate change, loss of biodiversity and the depletion of raw materials. Under Milkhood Limited offers a number of environmentally-friendly options for its buildings, such as the use of white roofs, reuse of rainwater (optional), solar panel installation (optional) and garden roofs (optional).
We are using the turnkey formula to build for the public. Under Milkhood will construct the property from start to finish, that is what is referred to as the turnkey formula. Therefore, if you are looking for properties on the outskirts of the capital, make sure you contact us.
