The Aburi Botanical Gardens is one of the gardens in Ghana that stands out for many aesthetic reasons. According to Google Maps, the distance from Accra to Aburi is 31 KM. That’s just under an hour. The gardens are located atop a mountain you will have to climb with a car (unless you’re the hiking, outdoors type) through the winding road up the mountain. The road sets you up for an exciting time at the Aburi Botanical gardens.
