When a prospective buyer is interested in a property, the next thing they normally do is to request a viewing where the agent can take them on a tour of the property. However, due to the schedules of some of the prospective buyers, they are not able to meet up to view the property in person. Some may send a representative to view on their behalf, especially, when they are not within the country or stay too far away from the property. This used to be a problem but not anymore.
