IMG 7458The meQasa Property Expo came off to a roaring success. Spread out over a period of three days, from 1st to 3rd June, seekers and real estate investors thronged the Aviation Social Centre in search of Property deals and discounts.

The meQasa Property Expo is yet another initiative by meQasa.com, Ghana’s number one real estate marketplace that facilitates a platform that is mutually beneficial to real estate stakeholders.

Amongst the exhibitors at the expo were real estate developers, mortgage specialists, and retailers of home appliances, decor and security. Seekers were given the opportunity to network and interact directly with exhibitors in an informal setting.

The meQasa Property Expo is the second of its kind to be hosted by meQasa.com. Following the success of the last two expos, meQasa.com has indicated that this is an event that they intend to hold at least once every year.

Some of the highlights of the event included mini-seminars delivered by top industry experts on topics pertaining to real estate.

On Friday, there was a seminar on “How To Spot Homes With Investor Potential” which emphasized that finding the right home to invest in is an essential skill for any real estate investor. Another topic that was sufficiently dealt with was “Avoiding Land Litigation In Ghana The Smart Way”.

IMG 7754This topic was delivered on the second day of the event by Emmanuel Mate-Kole; a Senior Associate at “Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa and Ankomah”, one of the leading corporate law firms in the country. As an experienced lawyer, he assisted in the drafting of a bill to regulate condominiums in Ghana and advised on laws to regulate the construction industry. Anna Owusu-Sekyere, a Manager at “Stanbic Bank (Home Loans)” also captivated the public with her seminar on “The Best Way To Win In The Mortgage Game”.

Aside from the exhibitions and seminars were raffles that allowed attendees to win fantastic prizes from Electroland, NASCO, Monopoly, Ozone Broadband, and Kasapreko.

[…] 2018 marked a year since our maiden housing fair In 2017 dubbed the Dream Homes Expo. The success and lessons of that expo opened the doors to a bigger and better housing fair this year. Renamed the Meqasa Property Expo, the housing fair brought together top real estate players – developers, agents and suppliers of home solutions – at the Aviation Social Centre for three-days of property discounts, showcases, networks and power packed housing seminars.  The annual expo saw the likes of The Greens, Fortune City, Paradise Estate, Electroland, Ozone, Casanni Homes, Trellidoor, MTN and more exhibit their properties and resourceful home solutions. The expo will come around again early next year and will be followed by another towards the end of the year. See photos and read about the successful Meqasa Property Expo. […]
