Meet The Speakers: How To Spot A Good Investment Property

Hanna Atiase

Hanna Atiase, CEO of E. Wells Realty
Hanna Atiase has managed to master every aspect of real estate. Prior to relocating to Ghana, Hanna Atiase was a successful property developer by ‘flipping’ for profit properties throughout Charlotte, North Carolina. Simultaneously, Hanna Atiase joined one of the premier lending exchanges in the United States, focusing on offering mortgages and refinance loans, home equity loans and lines of credit.
By the end of her tenure, she had facilited over $10 million in closed loan transactions. With her well-rounded experience in all areas of the industry, Hanna prides herself on providing solutions for both buyers and sellers.

Ms Atiase has combined her dedication and experience to making a giant footprint in the high-end luxury market in Ghana. Hanna’s ability to listen and understand her client’s needs has allowed her to continuously achieve her client’s goals and expectations.

Her personable and professional character allows Hanna to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why her business continues to grow mostly from referrals and repeat clients.

Hanna is very passionate about volunteering her time missionary work. The daughter of a Ghanaian diplomat, Hanna grew up in various countries, including Ethiopia, Kenya, and the United Kingdom. Hanna attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She currently resides in East Legon.

Gene Oduro Birikorang

Eugene is the Head of sales for Devtraco, one of Ghana’s largest real estate companies with residential offerings from Low to high-end investment-grade properties with over 5yrs of experience leading sales and Marketing for Devtraco Plus’s high yielding portfolio of investment properties.

With exceptional skills in developing and presenting strong pitches and propositions, market segmentation and strategizing, structuring and leading teams, he runs a very target-oriented, performance-driven department that has been very successful at selling developments.

Eugene and his team have been core to the market and business success of Devtraco plus delivering revenues in excess of $60m over the past 5years bolstering the company to the top spot in high end/investment properties in Ghana.

He holds a Bsc. degree in Mathematics from KNUST, Ghana and a Msc. in Banking and Finance from The University of Leeds Business School, Leeds UK and a Diploma in Leadership from GIMPA, Ghana. Eugene is a Christian and a family man married with two girls.

Jonathan Ackon

Jonathan Ackon, a mortgage expert has been with Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited for over 5years now working in various department within the Bank. He worked with the Executive and Diaspora Banking Unit, Private banking unit before joining the Home loans and Diaspora banking team. Before working with Stanbic bank, he worked with Ghana Audit Service with their IT. Technical & IT auditing departments respectively.

Jonathan’s in-depth knowledge in his field makes him versatile to move within offering banking services and investment advisories to customers.

His major strength is in dealing with Diasporans both with Ghana heritage and people of African descent. He’s part of the team that represented the bank twice in the UK for a housing fair organised by On-point property management limited located in the UK. Has also represented the Bank at the 12th  Diaspora Development Dialogue(DDD12) organised by the Africa – Europe Diaspora Development Platform(Adept )and co-ordinated by African Foundation for development (Afford).This has led to establishing a strong relationship between the Bank and Africans in the diaspora and offering them investment advisories.

Jonathan an old student of Adisadel College. He completed Methodist University college where he obtained an MSC in Information Technology and pursued a certificate course in Information Systems Auditing from GIMPA.
