The Dromo is the second community by Signum Developments that we will be looking at in this article. It consists of 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses located in Adentan and Dome. Each townhouse comes with a solar power backup system, contemporary fittings and of course, is built with incredibly high-quality material. The great thing about these townhouses is that they are smack in the middle of the city. Adentan, for instance, can easily be accessed by people commuting between within the Airport, Madina, Legon, and East Legon environs. The townhouses in Dome are close to some of Accra’s largest infrastructure and social amenities such as the Achimota Mall, Melcom and the University of Ghana.
