Lifestyle Properties Launch Current Project

The Ghanaian real estate sector is one which is seeing a lot of growth in recent times.
One developer who is working hard to breach the current 1.7 million housing deficit is the team at Lifestyle Properties with the launch of their new 78-unit waterfront development at East Legon in Accra. The launch brought together prospective buyers to the showroom. The Riviera

The Riviera is a new residential enclave located at East Legon (Google map location 5.638571, -0.143641).
The project’s selling point is its proximity to the man-made lake.

The lake was built by the first President of Ghana, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah while constructing the Accra-Tema Motorway to create a residential enclave for professionals in the civil service.

With its price point of $74,000 – $159,000, the developers believe that they have finally gotten to the point of serving young professionals. According to the Chief Executive Officer of Lifestyle Properties, Mr. Ernest Hanson, the Riviera can serve as a starter home for young couples who are professionals and are willing to pay $450 each month for a $75,000 mortgage.

The Dubai-styled apartment consists of one bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units with four penthouses with a lakeside view. The rooms have high floor to windows ceiling and spacious balconies which will give occupants the perfect view of the lake.

Speaking about the project Mr. Ernest Hanson says, “This is our sixth project in Ghana and we can package payment terms to suit our prospective buyers.  We welcome group buyers for investment purposes as well as mortgage buyers.”

The Riviera is a mixed used residential development providing an all inclusive city lifestyle.
It offers dining, wellness, play and leisure experiences to all residents.
