Jumia House Ghana Launches Real Estate Hotline

Real estate portal, Jumia House Ghana has launched its first toll-free hotline which will serve property seekers who may have limited or no access to the internet.

The Dial-4-Home initiative is the first of its kind which will allow anyone looking for a property to call Jumia House Ghana’s office and speak directly with a customer service agent with their property specification and budget. The customer service agent will send an SMS containing details of real estate agents to the property seeker to contact.

Commenting on the introduction of this additional service, the Managing Director of Jumia House Ghana admits that Jumia House is an online portal but a large number of Ghanaians do not have access to the internet, therefore Dial-4-Home will complement the services being provided by Jumia House currently.

“The provision of online services will remain our priority, however, we do know that a large chunk of the population in Ghana is without internet access. Dial-4-Home aims to give these offline property-seekers access to the wealth of real estate information that is currently available online, equipping them with the best resources to find their dream home,” she said.

The hotline is free for MTN users on 18211 and available on other networks for a small fee. Customer service agents can also be reached on 0544 510 009. In addition to the hotline, Jumia House has a live chat widget on the website which allows property seekers to send messages to customer service agents who can assist them in finding the right property.
