Ghana’s Biggest Housing Fair is around the corner! Do you know what this means? That’s right! You guessed it. House Smart Are You is here again! We all know that April is a hala (struggling financial) season for the pocket, especially after paying the kids’ fees, rent, handling family commitments and finally, adjusting to the new year.

House Smart Art You is an opportunity for you to test your real estate smarts and win big at the same time! This is your chance to replace all the faulty electrical appliances at home and also get the other ones you’ve been thinking about. 

Fortunately, “House Smart Are You” is not dependent on your school grades but rather on your ability to answer very “simple” questions about real estate. This is a heads-up for you to prep yourself before we start rolling out our questions.

Is this a bluff? You wish. We had ten winners from our maiden edition last year. Prizes were presented to our winners at the venue of the last housing fair at the GHL Forecourt.

It was all smiles as the winners received their prizes, after which they sauntered leisurely on their way home to prepare bowls of rice, press their clothes for an expensive look or in their newly acquired appliances.

All of that from just answering a few easy real estate questions. Oh, how we wished we would participate too. But alas, this is for you. 

Curious about how to participate? Simple. Look out for House Smart Are You posts on our social media channels, i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The most correct answers with the most shares win! Winners will be announced on Mach 27, April 1 & 4. Winners can pick up prizes on either day of the fair.
