One of the biggest challenges faced in the real estate sector in Ghana is defining the term affordable property. People have various definitions for what should be termed as affordable properties.
For the most part, affordable housing is defined as units of housing that are reasonably priced to the section of the society whose income falls below the median household income. What is the median household income? What do Ghanaians term as affordable housing and how much are they willing to pay for such properties?
This is the reason Jumia House Ghana and Hacking Adulthood have put together a survey which will help the government, developers, landlords and all stakeholders to better understand what the Ghanaian thinks is an affordable property. We will be glad if you could spare a few minutes to take the survey.
Remember five respondents will be chosen at random to win vouchers from Jumia Food.
