1. Make sure you include the location of your property.  Be as specific as possible.  Provide the street address, area and region.
2. Type in a title that includes the type of property, whether it is for sale or rent and the location of the property
3. Include at least three pictures of the property.  The images need to be of both the interior and exterior of the property. Please try to upload clear and attractive images.
4. Double, double check your description to make sure it is free of spelling and grammatical errors.  You cannot include your phone number, email address or website in the description.
5. Make sure you logo is uploaded and your profile is complete.
6. Ensure that all numbers provided on your profile are working and the employee answering the phone is aware that the company has properties on Jumia House
7. The email address provided to create your account should also be working and checked regularly.
