The 8th edition of the Meqasa Home & Property Fair has ended successfully, delivering two days of high-impact engagement, education, and property discovery. Held on the 5th and 6th of December 2025 at the De Icon Events Centre in East Legon, the fair attracted a host of home seekers, investors, diaspora buyers, and real estate professionals.
The event once again affirmed Meqasa’s position as Ghana’s most trusted platform for property search and real estate education.
The fair brought together a rich mix of leading real estate developers, financial institutions, real estate advisory firms, home improvement brands, and government agencies. Attendees explored a wide range of housing options from luxury and mid-income apartments to new gated community developments, serviced plots, smart homes, and long-term investment assets among other real estate and ancillary offerings.
Buyers enjoyed direct access to verified developers and experts, gaining clarity on pricing, mortgages, documentation, and the evolving investment opportunities in Ghana’s property market.
This year’s seminar lineup was one of the most anticipated features of the fair.
Day One Highlight — Dr. Hanna Atiase
Dr. Hanna Atiase, CEO of E. Wells Realty & Consultancy and Guest Speaker for the fair, delivered an insightful session on: “Building Wealth Through Real Estate: Short-Term Rentals, Commercial Spaces, and Land Banking.”
Her presentation equipped attendees with practical investment models, due diligence tips, and wealth-building frameworks tailored to Ghana’s current real estate climate. The session drew a packed audience and sparked engaging discussions.
Day Two Highlight — Lawyer Emmanuel Mate-Kole
The second day featured a deeply informative seminar by Real Estate Lawyer, Emmanuel Mate-Kole, Esq. who educated attendees on: “The Due Diligence Steps to Take Before Making a Property or Land Purchase.”
Participants described the session as one of the most valuable of the Fair, with many seeking clarity on land litigation, documentation, and how to verify land ownership in Ghana.
Exhibitors also acknowledged the fair’s ability to deliver quality leads and meaningful conversations, with many describing this edition as one of the strongest and most engaging yet.
